You experiences thoughts, emotions, sensations, the body, which all can be described as your self.
You also experience the outer world; things, people, the universe.
And your specific life situations are made of a mix of those experiences.
You can sometimes get so caught up in specific life situations, that your level of consciousness decreases, whether those situations are desirable or not.
With undesirable situations, you have to literally increase your level of consciousness to help yourself.
So how do you do that.
